Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to join our team! As a Welding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of welders to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently and on-time. If you have a strong background in welding supervision and are looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned manufacturing team members to ensure product quality, efficient work habits, and on-time completion of work orders
• Identify, recommend, and implement changes to improve productivity and quality, reduce cost, decrease scrap and product rework
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff, setting performance standards
• Weld steel beams to create structures for building construction projects that will be transported to other locations

Salary: $29/hour (OT after 40 hours)

Shift: 4:30 pm - 3:00 am

Requirements

• Must be able to read in both metric and imperial systems
• Must be able to read structural drawings
• 5+ years' experience in supervising welding staff
• CWB certified for 3mm above flat/horizontal carbon steel FCAW/MCAW
