You will
- Maintain cash forecasting models and scenario analysis to support short, mid, and long-term planning
- Collaborate with various House Teams to understand cash projections and variance analysis at the project and property level
- Review supporting documentation, excel models, and accounting information in order to provide explanations as to causes of variances
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management providing insight and recommendations for decision making
- Oversee daily corporate cash management, with support from Treasury Administrator, including account management, cash transfers and wires, and intercompany funding
- Support the treasury side of acquisitions, dispositions, re-organizations and other transactions
- Continuously assess and improve treasury processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead the development and implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance treasury operations
- Lead new treasury initiatives, such as foreign exchange management, investment management and hedging
You have
- A CPA or CFA designation (preferred)
- Proven experience in treasury management and cash flow forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Real estate experience (an asset)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills; must have the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment

Salary range
- $140,000 - $180,000 per year estimated, based on experience
