The Position:

K-Hart Industries Ltd. designs, manufactures, and globally distributes seeding and harvesting equipment for the conservation-minded agricultural producer. With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability, they are dedicated to offering farmers equipment that revolutionizes their agricultural practices for a better tomorrow.

On their behalf, we look to recruit an experienced Agricultural Sales Manager to lead their sales team and expand their market presence. In this role, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market share growth in Canada, USA, and Australia. You will work to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities as you look to manage and optimize the sales pipeline.

K-Hart Industries is looking for a dynamic Agricultural Sales Manager to drive growth and manage key client relationships. Our ideal candidate is someone with a proven track record in agricultural sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to create innovative strategies to expand market presence and maximize revenue in a competitive industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and provide training to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary Education in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field; Masters Degree is an asset.
  • Proven experience in agricultural sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytical tools.
