Job Title: Office Manager

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in training and coaching.
- Previous experience overseeing and managing product inventory.

**Responsibilities:**

Customer Service Management:
- Oversee and manage all customer service operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.
- Train, mentor, and supervise customer service representatives to deliver excellent service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to enhance the overall customer experience.

Office Management:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and procurement of office supplies.
- Coordinate office activities and ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment and facilities.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for efficient retrieval of documents and records.

Warehouse Supervision:
- Supervise staff in receiving, storing, and dispatching products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
- Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment in the warehouse.
- Oversee inventory control measures, conduct regular stock audits, and manage inventory levels to optimize storage space and minimize discrepancies.

Team Leadership and Development:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team, fostering a positive work culture and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for employee development and training.
- Cultivate a supportive and motivating work environment that encourages employee engagement and retention.
- Maintain thorough communication with Sales Directors and VPs regarding office activities and insights into how Unicity can improve.

Continuous Improvement:
- Identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks within customer service and warehouse operations, and develop strategies for improvement.
- Implement innovative solutions and best practices to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences to adapt strategies and deliver exceptional service.

Job Details:
- Schedule: Office will be open from Monday to Saturday. Flexibility is required to meet customer needs.
