Salary:

Arrowquip is looking for a passionate and highly driven Business Development Associate to join our sales team! This is a full-time sales position, with the potential for growth within Arrowquip. In this position you will be acquiring leads and opportunities to help work toward established sales and margin goals. This position includes the joy of working in our inclusive work environment, a supportive team and the encouragement to always learn new skills.

Arrowquip designs and manufactures cattle management and handling equipment. The Role:

  • Work to develop new business opportunities and grow assigned pipeline to work toward established sales and margin goals.
  • Acquire new leads through cold calling customers
  • Referring orders to inside sales team
  • Ensure leads are responded to promptly
  • Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, lost leads, and any customer problems.
  • Building relationships with new and established customers
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, and how they can benefit our customers.
  • Report any consumer issues to the Client Care Team
  • Improve skills through continued personal development

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

  • Work Monday to Friday in Woodlands, MB
  • Passionate about the farming/ranching industry
