We are currently seeking a Shift Leader to join our team in Prince George, BC. If you have a passion for the restaurant business and a drive for success, we want you on our team!

As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. You will support and lead your team during scheduled shifts, ensuring that all guests receive legendary service and have an unforgettable dining experience. Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations during scheduled shifts
• Provide support to managers and team members
• Ensure 100% guest satisfaction through legendary acts of leadership
• Set an example for other team members by following company standards
• Train team members to provide world-class guest experiences
• Opportunity for hybrid-role combining shift leading and serving

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of restaurant management experience required
• Excellent interpersonal skills, guest service skills, and oral/written communication skills required
• Strong computer and office administration skills required
• Passion for food & beverage industry required
• Ability to build relationships & foster commitment in people development required
• Current First Aid Serving It Right & Food Safe Certification preferred but not required
