Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries (i.e. pricing, product information).
- Learn and become proficient in all industry product knowledge.
- Work closely with Outside Sales Reps and Procurement.
- Prepare and review proposals and quotes with Outside Sales based on project specifications and client needs.
- Review RFQ's and technical drawings to develop proposals and quotes based on project specifications and client needs.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity to ensure sales success.
- Comply with sales processes and CRM tools to maintain detailed records.
- Follow up with customers on orders, quotes and services requested.
- Report to Regional Manager – Central Canada.
- Maintain professionalism, tact, and diplomacy to represent the company in a positive manner.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team-based environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organized and process driven.
- Dedicated to the pursuit of continuous improvement.
- Additional consideration will be given to a candidate in a similar role relating to construction products.

Other Information
- This is a full-time position, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. located at our Ile des Chênes, MB office.
