Responsibilities:- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
- Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales
- Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business
- Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
- Attend weekly meetings and two huddles in a week
- 48 Open Houses will be conducted by the agent in a calendar year
- Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
- Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
- Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
