Content Production Analyst
Office Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 12 Months.

Key Responsibilities:
We're looking for a sharp analytical thinker to join our growing content management organization. Our group is at a pivotal point, moving from our legacy to a next generation content management system, and the skills that you bring will be directly utilized and expanded through this initiative. In this interesting and diverse role, you'll work with our Global Audit & Assurance business stakeholders to maintain and publish technical materials to our research platforms. Those materials are used by our auditors to execute high quality Audit and Assurance engagements. The role will include:
• Coordinating uploads, reviewing, and execution of the publication of technical content materials
• Partnering with our global transformation initiatives to determine how to structure and deploy their solutions
• Working with our technology teams on the transition to our next generation content solution.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, there are certain qualifications you'll have to have, and others that would be considered to be a plus.
Required:
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of knowledge management experience, including gathering, writing, revising and releasing content or experience in performing quality reviews of XML based content
• Working knowledge of DITA or other XML based formats
• Self-directed, comfortable working independently and without daily supervision
• Ability to productively manage and work within an onsite and a virtual team
• Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Education and experience:
• College degree (or equivalent)
• Two to three years of content management systems experience and/or knowledge of DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture) and XML.
Preferred:
• Experience with enterprise content management platforms such as Tridion Docs (RWS/SDL)
