- Process a high-volume of invoices as well as engagement maintenance.
- Prepare and process credit notes / cancellations and ad hoc requested as needed.
- Close old WIP and respond to WIP inquires.
- Identify billing issues and ensures tax rules are followed.
- Create virtual relationships and work with all levels of the organization.
- Ensure that billing procedures are followed in accordance with the established guidelines and application.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook; Excel & Word)
- Intermediate / expert knowledge of invoicing taxes
- Willingness and ability to learn other software as needed.
