What You Will Do:
- Lead Agile ceremonies and longer-term planning exercises such as Release Planning.
- Mentor Scrum Teams and stakeholders in Agile principles, fostering continuous improvement, self-organization, and accountability.
- Partner with the Product Owner to ensure the Product Backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and clearly understood by the team.
- Support the team in using metrics to track progress, maintain transparency, and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies to enhance value delivery.
- Encourage team ownership and informed decision-making, promoting a collaborative and empowered team environment.
- Guide the organization in scaling Agile practices, assessing and elevating Scrum maturity, and refining processes.
- Leverage Agile tools effectively to drive planning, visibility, and predictability, ensuring they support team performance and decision-making.
What You Will Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in Agile practices, including at least 3 years as a Scrum Master. Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe) is preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira.
- Familiarity with concepts such as version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and basic understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience in building high-performance teams and fostering a psychologically safe work environment that encourages experimentation and growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and establish attainable goals.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on Agile best practices.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Certified Scrum Master).
- Experience with managing organizational change or transformation initiatives.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams and individuals.
- Knowledge of advertising technologies, DSPs, or the ad tech ecosystem.
- Familiarity with other Agile methodologies and frameworks beyond Scrum.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
