Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the kitchen and at least 1 year of experience working in a restaurant. This role requires the ability to prepare food efficiently, ensure timely delivery of dishes, and manage the workflow of the assigned station.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure that food is served in a timely manner and at the correct temperature.
• Oversee the cooking process from start to finish, determining the time required for each step.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or kitchen manager.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a restaurant kitchen.
• Working knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
