49 Solutions is looking for a Level 3 Senior Project Manager to apply for an RFP with the Government of Canada. Please see below for the requirements.

Requirements

Please review the requirements below in careful detail, and only reply if you meet all of the requirements and can produce the required details/documentation. in addition, please highlight all options that apply to you in any of the sub-bullets in the requirements below.

• 10+ years experience as a Senior Project Manager

• A minimum of (5) years' experience within the last (20) years as a (3.2) Project Manager providing the following: Governance Services to support large scale digital transformation initiative(s) any Government of Canada (GoC), Provincial, or Territorial client department/agency/crown corporation.

• MUST provide proof that the proposed resource has a minimum of (5) years' experience within the last (20) years as a (3.2) Project Management Consultant at a Senior Level providing the following:

• Planning, directing, controlling, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams including stakeholders to deliver an organizations' complex digital implementation goals and initiatives for any of the following levels of government clients

• Bidder MUST provide proof that the proposed resource has a minimum of (5) years' experience within the last (20) years as a (3.2) Project Management Consultant at a Senior Level providing the following:

1. Managing projects for projects and programs including:
2. Executing each phase
3. Risk management
4. Performance monitoring
5. Resource allocation
6. Project planning
7. Implementation planning
8. Maintaining quality standards
9. Key Performance Indicator Development

• Has 10+ years of direct experience in the last (15) years in the development of digital project management strategies in the following key areas:

1. Designing Target Operating Models; and
2. Developing Enterprise Performance Management Frameworks;
3. at one of the following federal government departments:
4. Department of National Defense/Canadian Armed Forces; or
5. Royal Canadian Mounted Police or
6. Canadian Coast Guard or
7. Canadian Security Intelligence or Service or
8. Canadian Security Establishment or
9. Canadian Border Services Agency

• 5 years and 1 month experience in working on Project Management projects in a leadership role implementing a large-scale digital implementation at one of the following federal government departments:

1. Department of National Defence/Canadian Armed Forces; or
2. Royal Canadian Mounted Police or
3. Canadian Coast Guard or
4. Canadian Security Intelligence or Service or
5. Canadian Security Establishment or
6. Canadian Border Services Agency

*A large-scale digital implementation is defined as the comprehensive integration of digital technology across all areas of a business, fundamentally changing how the organization operates and delivering value to stakeholders. This transformation typically includes enterprise-wide implementation, advanced technologies, strategic alignment, and long-term efforts to create new, digitally enabled business models and improve organization experiences.

• Has 5 years and 1 month experience in ALL of the following;

- Project Management in C4iSR projects or Military digital transformation

- Coordination of internal and external stakeholder management encompassing stakeholder identification in (one of the following) federal government departments):

1. • Department of National Defense
2. • Canadian Armed Forces;
3. • Royal Canadian Mounted Police;
4. • Canadian Coast Guard;
5. • Canadian Security Intelligence Service;
6. • Canadian Security Establishment;
7. • Canadian Border Services Agency

• The Bidder should demonstrate that their proposed resource has completed a post-secondary education with at least a bachelor's degree in: *Candidates with foreign credentials must provide proof of Canadian equivalency.*

1. Business; or
2. Organizational Psychology; or
3. Communications; or
4. Science; or
5. Computer Science

• The Bidder should demonstrate that their proposed resource has completed certification for one of the following:

1. Project Management Professional (PMP); or
2. Certified associate in project Management (CAPM) or
3. CompTIA Project+; or
4. PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner; or
5. Professional in Project Management (PPM); or
6. Certified Project Director (CPD); or
7. Certified Project Manager (CPM); or
8. Certified Project Management Practitioner (CPMP).
