DescriptionTo help drive ActiveState's next stage of growth of our SaaS platform, we are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join the team.
This position can be based out of our headquarters in beautiful Vancouver, BC or from home anywhere in North America.

You will be responsible for implementing, optimizing and maintaining predefined and new tools at ActiveState, including sourcing when needed. You will also be responsible for training all relevant teams on optimal usage, changes made, and best practices for data hygiene.
Reporting to the CMO, you will assist the marketing, sales and finance teams with reporting and analyzing data to help achieve RevOps goals. These goals include understanding and optimizing our customer journey, optimizing for customer acquisition cost and increasing efficiency across teams by automating everything that can be automated. You will also work closely with our data warehouse team, who is responsible for integrating and automating data at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand goals set by the Executive Team and peers, set a vision, execute on a strategy, and deliver data, reports and workflows that match the goals set
- Work directly with the executive leadership team to determine and influence key initiatives/objectives for the company
- Architect solutions across toolstacks and teams, prioritizing the highest impact projects first and delivering incremental improvements with quick iteration cycles
- Organize and configure your tech stack to surface the right data to drive key revenue targets
- Build systems and processes that are predictable, repeatable, and scalable, using a modern tech stack - for example - lead routing from HubSpot to Salesforce based on territory or Account ownership, lead scoring for MQL and PQL criteria, maintaining and updating required fields on Opportunities and Accounts and enforcing use with sales reps
- Support billing system enhancements, including integrations, reporting and automated payment solutions
- Build and maintain dashboards that will deliver key insights to the executive leadership team
- Act as the first point of contact on technical issues for the GTM and financial tech stack
- Ensure that Marketing, Sales and Finance get maximum value out of Salesforce, and champion data hygiene and sales processes best practices
- Drive adoption of, and maintain, the knowledge base on processes and policies, ensure consistency throughout onboarding, training and service delivery
Requirements
- 3+ years of revenue operations experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Admin-level expertise with Salesforce, HubSpot and Outreach, Google Analytics and Heap, SQL and Excel and experience with enrichment tools like Clearbit and 6Sense, visualization tools like Tableau, and financial systems like Sage Intacct and Spiff commission software
- Very data-driven, intellectually curious, and numerically inclined
- Ability to translate needs into a plan and communicate clearly and effectively across teams on deliverable dates, blockers, and progress
- Ability to get into the details of projects with multiple team members and roll up progress, goals and deliverables at a high level for management team
- Ability to communicate priorities and plans clearly and concisely across departments and with senior management
- Experience working in a SaaS, software, or subscription business
- Strong project management, organizational skills, process management, and client-facing abilities
