Position: Wound Care

Location: Prince George, Quensel, Fort St. John and Burns Lake Area

Salary: $35.00 - $100.00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine footcare treatments, including nail trimming, callus reduction, and treatment of minor foot ailments in clients' homes with best practice standards.
  • Foot care tools and autoclaving services are provided if needed.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided.

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN/RN/RPN license in British Columbia.
  • Must hold a Certificate of Completion of a recognized foot care course
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Completion of Criminal Record Check.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation within the Prince George Area.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with healthcare professionals, clients' family members, and relevant organizations to meet clients' best interests and goals.
  • Great technical skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of client care documentation using our online systems.
