Salary: $28 - $33/hr plus bonus

This role is responsible for preparing homes for delivery and performing all New Homeowner Walkthroughs and Orientations as well as quality control and resolving any deficiency repairs identified. You should have strong construction experience and an ability to be a friendly and informative guide for those preparing to take ownership of their new Adera home.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Passionate about coordinating important details to ensure schedules and budgets are on target
  • Meticulous in ensuring clear, concise and accurate communication, record keeping and documentation
  • A trusted point of contact for homeowners, sales teams and construction teams who can creatively find win-win solutions
  • A capable professional in technical construction skills with the ability to effectively communicate and set appropriate expectations
  • A team player willing to assist with general site labour and site operations as required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of construction and finishing techniques with a passion for delivering the best possible quality
  • Great communication skills with the ability to put home buyers at ease, identify concerns and resolve deficiencies
  • A willingness to continue formal education and mentoring with experienced Adera staff
  • Technology skills with an ability to work independently and to be self-motivated while contributing to the success of the team
  • High standards of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism are maintained at all times
