A leading construction company is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Construction Estimator with experience in High-Rise Residential projects. This key role supports the successful execution of high-rise residential projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present detailed construction cost estimates for high-rise residential projects.
• Conduct comprehensive quantity takeoffs and analyze data for accuracy.
• Manage and maintain detailed cost databases specific to high-rise construction.
• Develop and implement innovative cost management strategies to identify and mitigate budget risks.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of experience in Residential High-Rise Construction Estimating, with at least 3 years in a Senior Estimator role.
• PQS designation or CIQS affiliation is required.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Proven experience with high-value projects, particularly those exceeding $150MM.
• Proficient in construction law, building codes, and reading construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong computer skills, including On Center Takeoff, Bluebeam, BIM, MS Excel, and MS Office.
