Are you an experienced leader with a background in project management, operations and leadership in the oil and gas industry? A local company is seeking a Manager to primarily oversee its Abrasive Blasting and Coating division as well as other aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all operations within the Abrasive Blasting and Coating division

• Oversee full-cycle project management from bidding and preparation through execution and closeout, ensuring successful and timely completion of all projects

• Drive business development efforts, building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams, including managing direct reports

• Involvement in planning, coordination and forecasting of work opportunities

• Communication with clients on pre and post aspects of jobs (ie. Scheduling, execution plan, billing, QC, etc.)

• Oversee job preparation steps and processes

• Manage budgets on both lump sum and time and material job scopes

• Support HSE team on achieving safety objectives

• Asset management

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability

Qualifications:

• Proven management experience in the oil and gas industry

• Strong background in project management, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience in Abrasive Blasting and Coating, mechanical trades, or fabrication is a strong asset

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

• Skilled in business development, with a focus on growth and expansion
