Functional Consultant 1 Maximo

• Work with business on requirement gathering and scope. Capture business capability requirements, functional requirements, and expected service levels from business.
  
• Provide consulting expertise on best practices for Maximo MAS upgrades, including planning, testing, and implementation strategies.
  
• Coordinate with other team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  
• Liaise between the client, vendors, project management and the technical team on questions, issues, and revisions to the solution architecture.
  
• Work with BA, PM, and QA teams to review test strategies and requirements traceability. Ensure business and functional requirements are maintained throughout the development/configuration process (requirements traceability matrix). Review and analyze user acceptance testing results.
  
• Utilize understanding of industry standards and the Maximo Compatibility Matrix to guide upgrade decisions and strategies.
  
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and system manuals.
  
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  
• Good communication abilities for interaction with clients
