We are recruiting Dermatologists to join a well-established dermatology group in Oakville, Canada, with over 35 years of experience in providing top-quality skincare treatment and services. This group operates seven clinics across Canada and is known for its exceptional facilities and cutting-edge equipment.
Offering lucrative performance-based billing. Relocation support is available.

Role Overview

The primary function of the Plastic Surgeon is to provide continued, specialized care to patients with skin related concerns. The Plastic Surgeon's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide professional patient care at all times and provide a friendly and inviting environment for patients
  • Conduct patient assessment, treatment planning and implementation, evaluation of treatments for effective outcomes
  • Provide consult notes to referring family physicians for new patients
  • Perform follow-up care for existing patients and/or refer to an internal general practitioner for continuation of care
  • Assist with coaching nursing team to be able to provide effective patient care
  • Participate in training and education opportunities provided by the company
  • Adhere to company policies and protocols
  • Work with marketing team to build and promote personal social media presence
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to build relationships with both patients and employees
  • Potential opportunities for the right candidate may include a medical directorship position and/or equity stake in the company

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:
• Current College of Physicians of Ontario (CPSO) License
• A strong passion for the cosmetic dermatology field
• Certifications for lasers, Botox, and/or dermal filler an asset, but not required
• Prior experience in the cosmetic and aesthetic medicine industry an asset, but not required
