TV2 Consulting is seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
- Create and maintain detailed documentation such as user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements
- Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA or TFS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CBAP) are a plus
Benefits
- Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 37.5 hours weeks working onsite up to 5 days a week
- Location: Onsite in Toronto
- Type of job: Temporary Contractor
- Hourly contract rate: TBD depending on experience
- Date candidate required: Immediate
- Length of Contract: 12 months with the possibility of extension
