You will

• Be given opportunities to work on complex infrastructure projects in the GTA
• Gain valuable on-site experience
• Collaborate with general contractors and consulting firms
• Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced and competent industry leaders
• Become knowledgeable of various mechanical equipment, piping and HVAC systems

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management Team in the planning and day to day execution of the project
• Document control (Organizing construction drawings, submittal logs, RFI logs)
• Assist with site safety requirements, training and documentation
• Attend, contribute, and provide summary of on-site coordination meetings
• Assist with labour tracking and timesheet processing
• Quality control and commissioning tracking

• Ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of mechanical design principles and piping systems an asset
• Adaptive and competent with electronic and virtual tools (Microsoft Office, MS Project, Procore an asset)
• Relevant education and one year related work experience preferred
