Your ability of efficiently working with the customers and technicians is a great fit for Canadian Tire- Swift Current. The Automotive Parts/Service Desk staff communicates directly with customers, managing their needs and expectations regarding auto service maintenance and repairs and providing over the counter parts requests. This role is the link between the technician and the customer. Superior customer service and communication skills are essential to success in this position and in enhancing the customer experience. No Experience? No Problem, we provide hands on and online training to provide you all the needed skills. This is a great entry position into the the auto service industry.
Work to do:
- Customer Service and greeting customers
- Provides excellent customer service and ensures ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer and their vehicle.
- Understands customer needs and provides them with a complete solution.
- Manages customer concerns and problems promptly.
- Ensures a smooth flow of communication with customers during repairs or maintenance work.
- Opening/closing work orders and writing estimates
- Appointment scheduling
To be Successful:
- Knowledge and understanding of mechanical components of automobiles.
- Basic math and keyboarding skills.
- Customer service/ sales experience
- Experience in a similar role, in a Canadian Tire Auto Service Centre, is considered an asset.
- Valid driver's license for province of employment.
