J. Post Haulage is is a family owned trucking company that has been in operation since 2018. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their busy team based out of their office in St. Paul, Ab.

This position is part time (3 days per week), with the potential for full time.

Job Overview

  • Data Entry
  • General office duties such as answering phones, typing, filing, scanning, and completion of required paperwork as necessary
  • Coordinate and support with the tracking/ booking of safety courses, unit files and employee files
  • Support with orientations and training compliance as per company and client requirements
  • New hire processing
  • Other Administrative duties, as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid Driver's license
  • Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent
  • Efficient in a fast paced and detail oriented environment
  • High proficiency with computer programs. Experience with Google and Microsoft Office and Excel is an asset.
