The Job:

We are looking for a collaborative individual who seeks responsibility and wants to grow within FISPAN. FISPAN provides an exciting, fast-paced environment perfect for a candidate who wants to impact our growth and our culture of innovation. This role is intended for a dynamic, driven individual to join our fast-growing team.

This is a highly active and self-motivated role based in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you will have key responsibilities, such as inbound and outbound lead management, working closely with the Marketing team to design, build and run outbound campaigns, and supporting our Product Consulting team to deliver product demonstrations and webinars to prospective business clients and ERP consultants. To be successful in this role you will need outstanding verbal and written business communication skills, a dedication to learning about the B2B banking world and enterprise selling techniques, and a commitment to scaling our strategic business development initiatives. You will then need to apply this knowledge while also articulating and demonstrating the value proposition of FISPAN to our banking partners and business clients.

The Typical Day:

  • The successful candidate will be a key player in FISPAN's growth by working to establish and qualify new relationships with banks, ERP consultants and business client leads around the world
  • Deliver product demonstrations to leads and produce client-facing documentation
  • Work with multiple people from a diverse range of backgrounds
  • Progressively become a FISPAN subject matter expert
  • You will be the first point of contact for all inbound leads
  • Create and execute business development campaigns
  • Work closely with the net-new sales and partnerships team to produce Sales Qualified Leads

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, with preference to business or technology focus areas.
  • 2-3+ years of relevant Business Development, Sales, Banking, Fintech or enterprise sales within a startup environment experience is preferred
  • A passion for technology's ability to change the world
  • Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM applications (HubSpot, Salesforce etc) is a nice to have
  • Familiarity with banking products and ERP/accounting systems is a plus

Compensation and Benefits Package

We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $61,000-$70,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location.As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
