HVAC/Mechanical Service Manager role:
1. Journeyman in the HVAC/Refrigeration industry
2. Minimum 6 years experience with HVAC and Refrigeration
3. Has an entrepreneurial personality
4. Is good with both the clients and the techs
5. Will initially lead by example by working on the tools along with the techs
6. Ideally lives in Langley/Maple Ridge to Abbotsford/Mission area
Describe the ideal candidate? Need a strong managerial presence. Ideally they will come on board, throw on the tools for two or three months, help to grow the business, then manage a 3-4 person team. Experience in management is an asset and the desire to grow and maintain the business - that sense of ownership and entrepreneurship. The Service manager needs to understand profit and manage the client and weigh both the importance of the client relationship and the business side.
