- FTM Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Financial Transaction Manager solutions for digital payments, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
- Payment Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FTM solutions with various payment gateways, financial institutions, and third-party service providers.
- Customization and Enhancement: Customize and enhance existing FTM modules to meet specific business requirements and compliance standards.
- Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and compliance with security standards.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues related to FTM implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to payment processing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for FTM solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and ease of maintenance
- Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital payments and FTM development.
- Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing FTM solutions for digital payments
- Technical Skills: Proficient in FTM development and customization
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with payment gateways, APIs, and financial protocols.
- Familiarity with security standards and best practices in the financial industry
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
