Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Engage with customers in person and provide live demonstrations to highlight product features and advantages
  • Answer customer questions via phone, email, text, and in person
  • Provide information about products, services, and company policies
  • Assist customers with placing orders, upgrades, and promotions
  • Track and update customers on their order status
  • Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups
  • Conduct surveys or follow-up calls to assess satisfaction
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between sales and customer service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, or related fields
  • Experience in a customer-facing position or a related field is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
  • A friendly and positive demeanor to create welcoming interactions with prospects
  • Must be available to work Full-Time
  • Must be comfortable working in-person and willing to commute to our office every day
