Position Summary:

They are seeking a full-time Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations at our client's pharmacy. Responsibilities include implementing strategies to enhance customer service and sales, managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and cultivating positive relationships with customers and healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing a pharmacy or healthcare setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of dispensing systems and adherence to federal and provincial regulations
• Proven expertise in inventory and financial management
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent experience
• Licensed pharmacist in Ontario with an unrestricted license
• Familiarity with McKesson and Kroll Pharmacy Software preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of retail pharmacy experience
• At least 1 year of managerial experience
• Canadian experience required; Ontario experience preferred
