Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Growth Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, possesses excellent organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in virtual and in-person event organization, content creation, and email and ads campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Coordination: your role will involve close collaboration in the planning and execution of various events, including webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities. Successful management of logistical planning, vendor coordination, event timelines, and ensuring flawless execution will be integral to this position.

Content Creation: you will play a key role in crafting high-quality content for diverse marketing materials, encompassing blog posts, press releases, website content, and marketing collateral. Your focus will be on ensuring that the content aligns seamlessly with the brand voice and resonates effectively with the target audience.

Email and Ads Campaigns: you will be responsible for creating the content of our marketing email and paid campaigns to actively engage and nurture the audience. Your duties will include creating compelling content and designing visually appealing templates together with our Marketing designer and Digital Marketing specialist.

Key responsibilities also include social media management and website content management, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence. Additionally, the role involves overseeing internal branding efforts to maintain and enhance the company's brand identity within the organization.anding

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.

- B2B marketing experience is required

- Experience in the technology industry is required

Skills:

- Proven experience in event and webinar planning.

- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (HubSpot/MailChimp or others).

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content management (WordPress).

- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Bonus Points:

Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaign management.

Compensation and Benefits Package

We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $65,000-75,000K annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location.As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
