One of our clients in Kelowna, BC is looking for a Sales Advisor for their service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the construction industry.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales Activities:
Identify and target potential customers through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present and demonstrate our construction products and services to clients.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Analyze market data to identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction products and services.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
