About the Opportunity:

Our marketing team is the group that helps people all over the world learn about 45Drives. It is up to us to bring customers to our electronic "storefront" and help them see how 45Drives is going to make their life easier and help them get their work done more efficiently.

In this role, you will use your stellar communication skills to assist the Marketing team with all aspects of marketing for 45 Drives. Our strategies are based around providing exceptional products and experiences, to create buzz and positive word of mouth, and to build our businesses from the grass roots.

Your duties would include...

• Monitoring word-of-mouth and social media content and engaging with followers
• Helping develop content for all marketing channels: websites, monthly newsletters, social media (Facebook, X, Blogs, and others)
• Stay up to date on the latest news for the industry, posting daily, engaging in social conversations and sharing internal company happenings
• Write across a variety of mediums and channels, including ad copy, email blasts, video scripts, data sheets, customer spotlights and more
  
• Actively engage in meetings to share creativity as well as industry research findings
  

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, especially in writing and creative thinking
• A degree/diploma in marketing or communications from a recognized post-secondary institution, or equivalent life experience
• Experience using social media tools (including Google Analytics, Facebook advertising, etc.)
  
• Capable of managing/prioritizing projects and tasks
• Able to work in a team environment and collaborate both within and outside the department

Compensation will consist of a base salary as well as an annual performance based incentive, total of which the can range starting from $40,000 CAD to $53,500 CAD dependent on success in the role. You will also enjoy the following benefits:
