With a rapidly growing portfolio of in-licensed new drug products, Kye has an immediate opening for a Business Analyst. The successful candidate will join a team of highly motivated professionals committed to building a growth-stage organization with start-up agility based on scientific and medical integrity. The Business Analyst is a dynamic individual who will be responsible for generating insights from internal and external data sources, building data pipelines, and supporting data driven decision making. You will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team across Marketing, Sales, and Business Development departments.
This position reports directly to Director, Marketing and Business Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business, sales, and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Support business development initiatives by providing strategic recommendations based on data driven analyses.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) using Excel and, preferably, PowerBI.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns, product launches, and sales strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
- Assist in the creation of data models to support forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes.
- Provide operational support for business and sales teams, including CRM data management and process optimization.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance standards and best practices across all functions.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding and application of Kye values.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an analytical role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in PowerBI and data modeling is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry trends and regulations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales operations processes.
- Familiarity with Microsft Power Apps platform.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry data packages (eg. IQVIA)
