What You Will Do:
Prioritize and respond promptly to all client requests.
Ensure the cleanliness of the facility at all times, maintaining a safe environment for tenants, customers, and employees.
Assign duties to frontline staff and ensure they are deployed to their respective work areas.
Account for all keys, radios, phones, and any other equipment at the end of each shift.
Promote Health and Safety within the team, ensuring staff awareness of Health and Safety regulations.
Maintain records and submit reports concerning personnel, equipment, supplies, and general non-routine activities.
Manage the delivery and relocation of cleaning products/equipment to relevant storage areas.
Investigate incidents, injuries, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions immediately. Report injuries within 24 hours.
What You Bring:
Experience in a cleaning environment and supervising a team.
Health and Safety experience, including understanding a supervisor's responsibilities under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Resilience and the ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 business environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Adaptability to operational changes as required by management.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
