This is a hybrid position based in Toronto, ON.

As a Sr. RevOps - Systems & Data Analyst, you will:

  • Administer and optimize the Salesforce platform and other key systems (Outreach, Zoominfo, HubSpot, OnceHub, CaptivateIQ, PandaDoc, and Coefficient).
  • Ensure data integrity and manage data migration, cleansing, and deduplication efforts.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Translate desired outcomes from Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Development, and Finance into scalable processes, requirements, and solutions.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations including custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into key performance metrics across departments.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and systems.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and enhance existing processes.
  • Support the development and execution of compensation strategies.
  • Simplify, enhance, and modernize existing features.
  • Improve the overall quality and completeness of documentation.
  • Document system configuration and administrative processes.
The skills and experience we are looking for:
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce.com including a deep understanding of customization capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities and the overall Force.com platform in a Lightning-based environment.
  • Ability to manage several ongoing Salesforce.com customization projects from end-to-end, including gathering requirements, solution design and development, and finally working with stakeholders to roll out the solution to their teams.
  • Demonstrable experience customizing the platform based on user requirements including custom fields and objects and layouts along with automation capabilities such as workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas.
  • Strong analytical skills, strong ability to get into the details, and meet tight deadlines while never compromising quality.
  • Enthusiasm to learn a new, complex domain and the humility to ask for help when needed.
  • Strong understanding of Excel, BI, SOQL.
  • Understanding of DLRS (declarative lookup rollup summaries).
  • Interest in healthcare technology.
