ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?
The typical schedule for this leadership role is Monday - Friday from 7 am to 4 pm. As a Production Housing HVAC Supervisor, you're the frontline leader ensuring that every step of the installation process runs seamlessly. You ensure efficiency and precision by conducting pre-checks to guarantee rough-in readiness and facilitating site meetings for clear communication. Additionally, you carefully inspect post rough-ins for quality control. Your attention to detail and hands-on approach guarantee that every project progresses flawlessly, delivering optimal comfort and functionality to our clients. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!
- Red seal sheet metal ticket
- 5+ years in a similar role in residential supervision
- Driver's license and a clean driving record
