A DAY IN THE LIFE

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of functions. Here's what you can expect in your role:

• Addressing customer concerns by diagnosing and troubleshooting issues.
• Building Repair options in the best interest of the customer.
• Creating and driving new sales opportunities.
• Maintaining your service van by keeping inventory up to date.
• Efficiently complete all paper or digital work associated with each service call you complete.
• Participating in ongoing training opportunities to continue developing as a professional.
• Obtaining the proper certification/tickets (We're happy to assist you with this!).

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• You're proficient in the HVAC field within residential environments.
• You're able to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC related problems.
• You're able to provide 5-star customer service experience.
• You thrive in goal-oriented and team-oriented environments.
• You possess excellent attention to detail.
• You're a driven individual willing to grow with the team.
• You have your driver's license.
• You value building long-term relationships with the team.

If you are an Apprentice looking to graduate or become Indentured, we want to hear from you!

NICE TO HAVE'S

• Gas Ticket (A or B).
• Plumbing experience.
• Electrical experience.

These certifications are nice to have but are not necessary! We are happy to train and certify the right candidate.
