Festilight Decor Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Installer with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership. This role is essential in driving the production of high-quality light installations, managing our installation team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Produce high-quality light installations and ensure memorable interactions with clients.
- Quality and Budget: Complete installations to our high standards and stay within budget.
- Communication: Address customer needs and concerns promptly.
- Marketing and Reviews: Promote services at job sites and encourage online reviews.
- Site Management: Keep job sites and company vehicles clean and organized; accurately enter data into Jobber.
- Upselling and Estimates: Upsell additional services and secure new estimates on every job.
- Training: Train new installers on all job aspects to maintain standards.
- Efficiency Reporting: Manage job site budgets and report on efficiency.
- Equipment Use: Utilize company equipment for installations.
- Invoicing: Complete invoicing and payment processing for each job.
- Driving: Safely drive company vehicles to and from job sites.
- Planning: Plan and manage job sites for smooth operations.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to upsell and close additional services.
- Proficient in basic data entry and computer skills.
- Reliable transportation required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in light installation or a related field preferred.
- Clean driving record and ability to drive company vehicles.
- Experience working with Boom Lifts and Bucket Trucks is an asset, but not required.
- Valid Canadian Driver's License

Salary: $50,000 - $68,000 ($50,000 - $60,000 base salary plus Performance based bonus and incentives)
Work Location: Richmond - In person
