Our client, an established and reputable construction company, is seeking skilled Carpenters to join their team in Edmonton.
What you will do:
Construct wood and engineered decks
Frame wood and steel stud walls, doors, and windows
Perform drywall and painting repairs
Install window and door casings
Erect and build scaffolding
Build hoardings and temporary shelters
Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
Adhere closely to safety protocols and regulations
What you bring:
Journeyperson Certificate or 4 years of construction experience in residential or commercial construction
Ability to follow safe work procedures and collaborate effectively as part of a crew
Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and a thorough understanding of construction specifications
Zoom boom, scissor lift, and forklift certification (an asset)
Secondary School education (preferred)
4 years of construction experience (required)
Proficiency in English (required)
What you will get:
