- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries related to our projects.
- Provide product and service information to customers and assist them in navigating our products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving problems, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a project-based business.
- Strong digital communication skills, with proficiency in email, phone calls, and social media platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital customer service tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
