Our client is actively seeking Social Service Workers, CYWs, and PSWs who have a genuine passion for providing exceptional care to individuals in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to people with developmental disabilities of all ages, meeting their unique needs and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized support plans based on each individual's specific needs and objectives.
• Assist individuals in learning and improving essential life skills like communication, socializing, and self-care.
• Collaborate with a variety of professionals to coordinate and monitor the progress of each person effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of individuals' progress, incidents, and interventions for accurate documentation.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have a diploma or degree in Child and Youth Work, Developmental Service Work, or related field
• Familiarity with developmental disabilities and experience working with diverse needs is a must
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective interaction
• Ability to adapt to different environments and handle difficult situations with empathy and patience
• Proficiency in computer skills and maintaining accurate documentation is required
