POSITION: Robotic Weld Technician
STATUS; FULLTME PERMANNENT
LOCATION: Richmond Hill, Ontario

Overview:
Responsible with changeover of equipment, components, and tooling
Troubleshoot, repair and adjust robots, weld controllers using PLCs and HMI
Adjust MIG and Spot welding schedules and weld controllers
Responsible for daily preventative maintenance
Requirements:
Post secondary diploma either from a technical college in Robotic Welding, Electro-Mechanical or Automation
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
Experience with Robotic MIG, Projection and Spot welding
Strong PLC skills
Experience working with Motoman & Fanuc robots, Allen Bradley
