Automotive Internal Advisor & Service Dispatch

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all work gets in the shop through the dispatch system as per promise times
• Ensuring work is distributed to technicians with proper designations
• Performing Quality Control inspections
• Processing all internal work orders (new & preowned)
• Organize all sublet work that the vehicle requires to prepare for delivery
• Organizing and processing each delivery with the detail team
• Inspecting all pre-owned vehicles and providing estimate for reconditioning
• Works directly with Sales department to meet delivery times
• Ensuring demos are maintained according to the maintenance schedule
• Additional duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive dealership is required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Era Ignite experience is an asset
