Job Descriotion:

What you will do:

• Communicate with business partners or Product Owners to identify, develop, and prioritize technology requirements
• Collaborate with business partners and vendors to develop documentation, define solution decisions and operational models
• Communicate with delivery teams to ensure the feasibility of requirements according to appropriate technical and business solutions
• Identify business opportunities with innovative business architectures
• Communicate technical problems and impacts into the appropriate technical language and, conversely, translate technical concepts and jargon into easily understood lay terms.
• Analyze, document and validate user stories, process flows
• Prepare requirements matrix, use cases, user stories, test cases and security requirement assessments
• Identify and highlight problem areas, gaps or conflicts in gathering & solutioning information
• Collaborate with procurement & vendors teams to update & complete scope items in Statements of Work (SOW)
• Conduct project review, obtain sign offs, and coordinate tests to ensure timely delivery of requirements
• Assist with pre & post implementation support
• Assist with project management or scrum master duties as required.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst
• Skilled in Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Confluence & Jira, ability to generate flow and design diagrams
• Experience in cyber security risk assessments using industry standards
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Exceptional listening & communication skills
• Ability to think holistically (Big Picture) and make recommendations.
• Solution mindset and ability to define solutions from requirements & user stories.
• Experience in developing solution diagrams & preparing specification documentation.
• Knowledge of software lifecycle & architectural framework & patterns such as (AWS, Azure, and tmforum)
• Ability to work well in a team as well as take initiative
• Consistently demonstrate professionalism and discretion regarding confidential information
• Solid understanding of software delivery methodologies such as waterfall and agile
