We are looking for a motivated, passionate Business Development Manager to help us grow our business in Mississauga. While we are currently looking for Part-time, this position could grow into a Full-time role based on the performance of the successful candidate. New Business Acquisition ;
o Identify and engage potential clients.
o Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that can generate leads.
o Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and business pitches to potential clients.
o Build and nurture new relationships through effective networking and cold calling.
o Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, to secure new business deals.
Business Development Strategy and relationships
o Develop and implement business strategies aligned with ComForCare Mississauga Goals
o Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients.
o Monitor industry trends and competitors activities.
o Identify gaps and opportunities in the market and propose action plans to capitalize on them.
o Gather informations and feedback from key clients to drive products and service improvements.
Collaboration and Reporting
o Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline progress and key metrics.
o Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand network and to stay updated.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDE
o Undergraduate degree or experience in the healthcare industry
o High degree of autonomy and self organization
o Basic computer proficiency is required
o Dependable and reliable
o Excellent Communication and presentation skills
Conditions
o Base salary + Bonus related to hitting targets
