About the opportunity…
As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible to perform all tasks related to the processing of all vehicle sales, Specifically:
- prepare daily bank deposits, including reconciliation of cash clearing accounts.
- accounts receivable collections and reconciliations.
- full cycle accounts payable.
- post all manufacturer invoices.
- posting New, PreOwned, wholesale and dealer trades sales.
- bank Reconciliation.
- back up and assist all accounting team during month end and year end
- process salary, hourly and commission payroll
About you…
Ideal candidates will have a proven experience in accounting administration and processing, including:
- 1 to 3 years of proven accounting experience in a dealership environment
- post-secondary education in accounting
- proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK/Reynolds/OneEighty)
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- a desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- a proven commitment to quality of work
