Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, Family Bars, the Brand Associate is responsible for supporting the execution of brand strategies and marketing initiatives to drive business growth. This role provides hands-on experience in project coordination, product development, advertising, promotions, and marketing analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager in executing brand projects, ensuring timelines are met
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, supply chain, and international marketing, to support business objectives
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, in-store, and experiential activations
  • Execute packaging artwork development by collaborating with external agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Support the launch of new products by managing the implementation process, project timelines, and financial tracking
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to provide insights on brand performance, category trends, and promotional effectiveness
  • Analyze data from Nielsen and Cognos to develop reporting templates and deliver key insights for decision-making
  • Support consumer research initiatives to gather insights and inform brand strategies
  • Assist in tracking and managing budgets to ensure financial accuracy and reporting compliance
  • Work with agency partners on creative development, media planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain brand assets, including product images, lifestyle content, and marketing materials for online and offline use
  • Collaborate with the sales and category management teams to develop promotional plans and support retail execution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a marketing role, preferably within consumer-packaged goods
  • Experience with budget tracking, marketing project coordination, and execution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Nielsen and Cognos is an asset
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
