Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing effective social media campaigns to enhance the organization's online presence. Collaborating with various departments, managing social media campaign calendars, and utilizing data analysis to optimize performance are integral to the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and moderating social media channels
Grow social media community on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik Tok, Google My Business
Implement social media ads, conduct A/B testing, target audiences and lookalike audiences
Manage, build, and monitor email campaigns, including writing engaging copy and improving layout for mobile-friendly emails.
Build emails within CRM Dynamics and test executions prior to deployment.
Collaborate with Graphic Designers to enhance social media visuals, while ensuring all meet the criteria for content that is highly engaging and on-brand
Managing the content calendar for the canfitpro digital communications
Monthly planning for all social media channels, email campaigns & Blog content
Collaborate with product departments for product and campaign updates. Ensure alignment with corporate strategic initiatives
Analyze performance reports (social media and emails) and identify opportunities to optimize results and continual improvement
Develop customer journeys within CRM Dynamics, create behavioral and demographic segmentation programs to support automated nurture and lead scoring initiatives.
Project Management and Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate and ensure a creative brief is completed for all major projects
Ensure Social Media and email communication projects adhere to the Marketing timelines
Coordinate cross-functionally to develop strategies for social media and emails that onboard, engage, and retain members.
Manage email lists, segments and journeys

Qualifications
Education
College or University Degree in Marketing Management, Advertising, Communications, or similar
Work Experience
1+ years in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related disciplines
Experience and interest in the fitness industry is an asset
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of social media management platforms like Hootsuite, Social Sprout, Meta Business Suite
Experience with Google Analytics and Canva
Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail to spelling and grammar
Experience with managing timelines and creating workback schedules
Experience reviewing, analyzing data, and leveraging data to drive strategy
Preferred:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics applications, including: Marketing automation platform and CRM database.
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, WordPress
