Who is a Performance Coach?
A Performance Coach is responsible for providing exceptional service to all Performance Members, while providing safe and enjoyable coaching and leadership to participants of various Performance Programs (Regymen, Craft Boxing Co., PEAK, or Other Performance Programing).
Do you have what it takes?
- Ability to inspire, entertain and energize all participants
- Ability to attract and motivate people to do their best
- Ability to perform at your peak every day
- Previous experience in the Health and Fitness industry
- Previous group, small group or team training experience
- Complete required certifications within first three months
- Personal Training, Fitness Instructor certification preferred
- Regymen, Craft Boxing Co., PEAK, or other Performance Programing Programs certified or willingness to take
- Previous sales experience is an asset
- Previous customer service experience
- Must be committed to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity and inclusion and embraces social and environmental responsibility
What will you be doing?
- Delivery of the Performance Program to provide an exceptional and safe experience for Members
- Coach a variety of workouts in a state of the art training studio, featuring Regymen, Craft Boxing Co., PEAK, or other Performance Programing Programs
- Handle any Performance Member complaints in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner and discuss with Performance Head Coach
- Support all GoodLife programs and services.
- Assist in maintaining club cleanliness – especially in Performance areas.
- Maintain effective working relationships with Management and other Associates of the Club and across the Performance Program community
