Cast Leader
Cineplex's Cast Leaders are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. The Cast Leader's primary responsibilities are to maintain a motivational and positive work environment while working alongside their peers to ensure all standards, policies and procedures are followed. If you thrive in an energetic, fast-paced and social atmosphere, this may be the opportunity for you!
In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assist the management team in directing and coordinating Cast activities to consistently exceed Guest expectations
- Facilitate all in-house training, be dedicated to consistent training efforts, and provide feedback to management about Cast performance
Qualifications:
This role may be a perfect fit for you if:
- You have a minimum of 6 months tenure with no active discipline
- You are cross-trained in all building offerings: core concession, floor, RBOs, box office
- You have demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to encourage others to perform at a high level
- You consistently deliver the highest quality of guest service and have the ability to lead those behaviors in others
- Cast Leaders must be available to work at times that are critical to the needs of the business
Interested applicants must complete a certification process designed to evaluate Cineplex job knowledge and presentation skills in order to be considered a Cast Leader.
